Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for middle and junior cadre positions. • Ensuring alignment with company policy and objectives. • Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and pre-employment checks. • Facilitate seamless onboarding
